Nicole M. Caldwell has significant oil and gas title experience, having prepared drilling and division order title opinions covering lands throughout Eastern Ohio, including the Utica Shale and Marcellus Shale. Prior to her experience in the oil and gas industry, she served as a staff attorney for a Judge on the Hamilton County, Ohio, Court of Common Pleas.
Nicole graduated with honors from Northern Kentucky University – Salmon P. Chase College of Law in 2006, where she participated in the Kentucky Innocence Project and Chase Public Interest Group. She earned her B.S.B.A in Entrepreneurial Studies with a Minor in Spanish from Xavier University in 2002.
Nicole lives in Northern Kentucky with her husband, two sons and two dogs. She loves spending time outdoors with her family, fishing, hiking and playing soccer and basketball. She also enjoys running and volunteering at Shirley Mann Elementary School.
